This allows us to boast our vast knowledge of cocktails, cost effectiveness when it comes to packages and ordering inventory for events, and of course wowing our guests. Hi My name is Kelly Shirley. I am Low Country local! No stranger to the food and beverage business; My family has owned restaurants in Murrells Inlet since I was a little girl! So hospitality runs in my veins. I worked in Charleston during the 90s as a server and bartender. When you can’t find me behind the bar.
